That is the date. It is supposed to be a day filled with Good Luck! After the events of 2012, I must say I should have waited for the day with great anticipation. A little good luck would go a long way around here!
I did not buy a winning lottery ticket. I did not receive cash in the mail. I did not get a call saying someone left me money BUT I did get to spend the evening with special friends. In my book that is about as lucky as you can get. No amount of money can buy what the friendship of these girls has brought me. They have been a blessing and so today...I am lucky.
Sharing an evening of laughs...and a few tears is the best gift of all.
Today was a lucky day after all. I am blessed!
