It is Veterans Day. I am celebrating the return of my son from a year's active duty in Djibouti.
I am proud of him, and of his wife and daughters who held down the fort here at home.
Yes, we know the cost of commitment, but we are proud...of two boys who chose this path for themselves.
I am proud of my Navy sons and my Navy dad.
I wish I knew more about my dads military story...
many questions you do not think to ask before it is too late.
Thankful for all of those who "wrote that blank check".
Remembering everyone on this Veterans Day.
