Okay, I could not resist!!! The tune of the weekend was "Pant's on the Ground" with a great rendition by James late one evening. Sorry we missed it Paw Paw!!! I hear it was worth staying up for!

I hear it was worth staying up for!Yes, we all spent the weekend at the lake as Tim, Mandy and Brooklynn flew in to survey the work done on their new lake property. They worked and we all ate, and ate, and ate. It's great to share the cooking duties. I was introduced to a new version of Low Country Boil complete with artichokes and saw first hand how to prepare a great cobbler in a real dutch oven...over an open fire. It was great. Lake air, good food, great company!! Perfect time!
